For Sale Commercial Space in Cahuita, Talamanca, Limón

Security is an important point. The 2400 m2 property is fully protected and secure, and equipped with video surveillance and a large motorized, digital gate. It is located at the end of a dead-end street, with no traffic, surrounded by hundreds of trees. Sloths and birds wander without fear among the trees. You are not isolated. The bus, the supermarket, the excellent restaurants... and the most spectacular beaches are about 5 minutes on foot, yet still without mechanical noise or noisy surroundings. A place of peace less than 10 minutes from the bustle of Puerto Viejo. Manzanillo Natural Park as well as Cahuita Park (the more touristic one) are less than 15 minutes away by car. The truly exceptional house, entirely made of wood, measures 220 m2, with a 50 m2 living room with access to a large covered terrace. The large kitchen is fully equipped with 2 refrigerators, a microwave and a gas stove in case of a power outage, where breakfasts for guests are also prepared. There are 3 double bedrooms, one on the ground floor with a 9 m2 bathroom with shower and WC, and 2 upstairs with bathroom with shower and WC, very comfortable. The 6 independent 55 m2 bungalows in the middle of a tropical garden are also built of solid wood, more comfortable and healthier, excluding prefabricated or traditional constructions due to the tropical climate of the region. They were completely renovated in October 2023. Each also has its own bathrooms and toilets, each equipped with individual electric radiators. We have equipped the complex with 3 water tanks of 12,500 liters in total in case of water outages. A dreamlike place to enjoy the climate of the region daily, with capacity for 6 couples or 12 people with great comfort, plus secure parking for up to 7 vehicles. It has been rented daily for 9 years through booking.com with a rating of 9.8, and Airbnb, as a Superhost, plus its own website. Sold for retirement at the carefully considered price of 950000 dollars.
