We multiply the area you enter by the typical price per square meter (median) of active listings of that type in the chosen area, and show a range around that central value.
Is it an official appraisal?
No. It's a reference estimate based on the listings market. A formal appraisal is done by an expert and considers the condition, finishes and exact location of the property.
What if my area has few listings?
If there isn't enough data in the area, we use the nationwide reference and tell you. Choosing a broader location (canton or province) usually gives a more stable estimate.
