I am Enid Montero, REALTOR® and member of the Costa Rican Chamber of Real Estate Brokers (CCCBR). I work in real estate advisory and brokerage in Costa Rica, supporting owners, buyers and investors in processes of buying, selling and renting properties. I work with residential, commercial and investment properties, including houses, apartments, lots, farms, land for development, warehouses, hotels and other real estate opportunities. My approach is to provide personalized, transparent and strategic attention, seeking to understand the needs of each client in order to offer alternatives that truly fit their objectives. I carry out my activity mainly in Occidente, Valle Central, San Carlos, Sarapiquí and Guanacaste, and I also serve requirements and properties in other areas of Costa Rica. I am part of Montero Realty Group, from where I work on promoting properties, searching for investment opportunities and connecting owners, buyers and investors.
