Toucan Valley
Toucan Valley is a residential community of 45 villas, on 10 hectares of land which has been carved out of a primal rainforest, tucked away in the mountains in the Southern zone of Costa Rica. Wake up to the sound of Toucans and many other birds singing, and Howler Monkeys making their presence know from the trees in the jungle which is right on your doorstep. The air is pure, as is the water from the well on the Toucan Valley property. The villa
Villa 34B is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 905ft2 (85m2) duplex with high ceilings, in a very quiet, private setting at the end of the internal road, with the views and sounds of the rainforest on your doorstep. There is a 210ft2 (20m2) tiled outside deck which is screened from floor to ceiling, and an oversize attached car port with concrete base, unusual in Toucan Valley. All windows have mosquito screens. The villa has ceramic tiled floors throughout.
The main bedroom on the ground floor has a queen sized bed, large closet, dressing table and bedside tables, a ceiling fan and AC unit. There is a bathroom with toilet, wash basin and a rain shower.
The fully fitted kitchen has granite countertops, electric stove with oven, fridge & freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and has all necessary kitchen equipment (pots, pans utensils etc). .
The downstairs space has a sofa and matching armchairs, a coffee table, TV table with Sony TV, and two ceiling fans. Due to the remote location, there is no cable TV, but there is a good internet service in the villa so you can stream from your digital device.
The upstairs space has a queen sized bed with side tables, a sofa, a wooden desk and chair, shelving for books, an AC unit and ceiling fan. A walk in closet with dresser and storage leads through to the second bathroom, with toilet wash basin and a rain shower.
Outside there is a large covered and tiled deck, with two ceiling fans with lights, and also floor to ceiling screening which prevents all insects from entering (flying and crawling) and a table and chairs for “al fresco” dining. There is an attached car port which protects your vehicle from the sun and rain.
The villa is sold fully furnished and is ready to move into. It already has everything you need – just bring a toothbrush!
