Where does this data come from?
From the median of the active sale and rental listings in each area. We use bounded medians to drop outliers, so the comparison stays stable.
What is gross yield?
It is the typical annual rent (monthly rent × 12) divided by the typical home purchase price in the area. A quick reference for the return before costs and taxes.
Why do some areas show "—"?
When an area has too few listings of a type, we hide that figure so it does not mislead. Try a broader area (canton or province).
